3. User Responsibilities

By using Practice Pitch, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during signup and booking.
• Treat interviewers and other users with professionalism and respect.
• Not record or distribute interview sessions without permission.
• Use the platform solely for personal and professional development.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Users must pay for mock interviews in advance.
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if a session is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Interview Session Rules

• Sessions must start on time; late arrivals may lead to shortened or forfeited interviews.
• Interviewers provide feedback but do not guarantee job placement.
• Abusive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability Practice Pitch is not responsible for:

• Hiring outcomes or job placement after using our services.
• Technical issues beyond our control.
• Content or conduct of interviewers beyond what is monitored by the platform.

Use of our service is at your own risk.

7. Termination & Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may request account deletion at any time.

8. Modifications to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of Practice Pitch after changes means you accept the updated terms.
